Geotechnical Engineer
We are seeking a a self-motivated Geotechnical Engineer with MS in Geotechnical Engineering, EIT certification, 1-3 years of experience preferred.
Responsibilites include: site investigations, assisting with analysis and design, preparation & implementation of laboratory testing programs for clients, technical report preparation and proposal writing, Client site inspection / supervision. Dynamic and challenging projects include support of excavation for heavy construction, waterfront structures, utility, power and building projects in the NYC Metro area as well as foundation design, slope stability analysis, soil improvement, and equipment surcharge analyses. In addition to keen technical competency & high quality computer / technical writing proficiency, successful candidate will be expected to demonstrate resourcefulness, strong interpersonal and communication skills with clients, enthusiasm for working in a team environment, and excellent organizational abilities.
