Before starting the company in 2000 Vince was a Senior Engineer at another construction engineering firm. Prior to that, Vince was a General Superintendent at George Tomasso Construction, a field engineering firm. He had worked as a Field Superintendent at Kiewit Eastern Construction and Project Engineer for Walsh Construction. He is a licensed Professional Engineer in the states of Connecticut, New York, Massachusetts, Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Vince is a graduate of Villanova University, cum laude 1983.

Stephen Renner
Draftsmen/ Engineer Technician/ IT
Steve was the first employee of the ever growing Siefert Associates. He started as an entry level Draftsman and has grown to take on additional roles, including Computer Technician Network Manager. Steve graduated from Naugatuck Valley Community Technical College with an A.S. in Engineering Technology, CADD.

Panos Oikonomu P.E.
Project Engineer
Panos worked as a Structural Engineer for Finley Mcnary/Parsons, a Bridge Engineer at Berger Lehman Associates and was an Intern for Simpson Gumpertz & Heger. He is a licensed Professional Engineer in the states of Connecticut and Rhode Island. Panos gratuated from Aristotle.

William 'Billy' Cunningham P.E.
Project Engineer
Billy joined the firm in 2005. From 1988 to 2005 he worked as a project engineer and senior estimator for Lane Construction. He is a licensed Professional Engineer in the states of Connecticut and New York. He has B.S. degrees from Clarkson University and SUNY Oswego Billy is also very active in National ASCE events as well as local CSCE events.

Fady Kari P.E.
Fady joined Siefert Associates, LLC in mid 2007.
Prior to us, he worked at Safety Systems in Canton, Michigan as a Project Engineer; in Beirut, Lebanon as Project Manager for B.E.T.H.E., and for six years, he worked in Port Harcourt, Nigeria as a Project Manager for Elite Construction.
While attending the University of Kentucky, he worked as a Research Assistant involved in projects commissioned by the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet.
Fady graduated from Saint-Joseph University in Lebanon with a B.S. in Civil Engineering and from the University of Kentucky with a M.S. in Construction Management.
Fady is a Professional Engineer licensed in the State of Connecticut.

Kevin O'Neill P.E.
Project Engineer
Rigging Engineer. Prior to Siefert Associates, Kevin worked as a Project Engineer for MRA Engineering a Hoist/Rigging Inspector for the NYC Dept. of Buildings, and started as Rigger/Oiler for J.F. Lomma. Kevin joined the Siefert Associates, LLC team starting in late 2007, coming from Marino Crane where he was the Chief Engineer. He is a licensed Professional Engineer in the state of Connecticut and New York. Kevin graduated from the New Jersey Institute of Technology.

Chris was an intern with us for the summers of 07 and 08. He was recently hired full time in the beginning of 2009. Matt is one of the newer members staring in mid 2008. He begins his drafting career with Siefert Associates coming from Barber Pool Construction and Annel Corporation. There he worked as a laborer and general operator. Matt graduated from Porter & Chester with an Architectural & Civil CADD Diploma. Also graduated from Tunxis Community College in General Studies.

Timothy Burke
Tim joined the firm in late 2009, after 31 years int he land development end of civil engineering, most recently with Spath-Bjorklund Associates.
